Endive with Lemon Beet Hummus and Fresh Honeycomb

Ingredients:

  1. 1 endive

  2. Ithaca lemon beet hummus/any hummus available

  3. Fresh/candied honeycomb

Steps:

  1. Slice off the bottom of the endive 1/4 inch to release the individual leaves.

  2. Separate the leaves and lay out on a serving platter.

  3. Scoop about 1 tsp of hummus into the center of each endive leaf.

  4. Dice honeycomb into small cubes and place on hummus.
